  • Mobile Privacy & SMS Data Protection: Notwithstanding any other language in this Privacy Policy, no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. SMS MESSAGING & OPT-IN

Domestic Design Roofing values your privacy regarding mobile communication.

  • Opt-In: Users opt-in to receive SMS messages by filling out the contact form on our website and selecting the checkbox to agree to receive text messages, or by initiating a text message conversation with us.

  • Consent is Not Shared: Your consent to receive SMS is used solely by Domestic Design Roofing and will not be sold, shared, or transferred to any third party for their own marketing purposes.

After you send the message “STOP,” we will send you a reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.

Opting out of Email marketing: You can unsubscribe from our marketing email list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send.

Yes. California residents have the right to request information regarding the disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing. Please note: we do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties for marketing.
