Domestic Design Roofing is not liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages, failed deliveries, or errors in the content of the messages. Messaging services are provided on an “as is” basis. Wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and their affiliates, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
