Time Taken

4 Weeks

Spanning 172 squares of 8/12 pitch roofing, the job involved removing the original flat concrete tile roofing and addressing structural concerns, including multiple decking repairs caused by tile weight-related sagging. Given the steep slope, our team maintained strict safety protocols throughout, including continuous ground and parking lot cleanup to prevent debris hazards. We installed Boral high heat tile underlayment for enhanced thermal performance and finished with a sleek 0.032 aluminum standing seam roof system coated in Kynar paint for long-lasting protection and visual appeal.
